In August 2024, the "Steel Heart of China" themed waterfall fountain, which was fully manufactured by Ruixin, officially lit up in Magnitogorsk, Russia. This project uses over 5000 sets of customized underwater lighting fixtures, covering a full range of products such as high-power fountain lights, buried lights, dynamic color changing projection lights, etc. It is currently one of the largest and most technically complex waterfall fountain lighting projects in the world. All lighting fixtures meet the highest protection level of IP68 and the -40 ℃ extreme cold and frost resistance standard, ensuring stable operation in waterfall water flow impact and icy environments.

1. Customized optical design - To match the thickness and flow rate of the waterfall curtain, the lighting fixtures adopt narrow beam angles (10 ° -30 °) for precise light distribution, avoiding light absorption by the water body. At the same time, the RGBW color mixing system is used to achieve 16 million color gradients, simulating dynamic scenes such as steel melting and aurora. The lamp housing adopts a dual material structure of 304 and 316L stainless steel, and the surface is treated with sandblasting and electrolytic treatment to resist water vapor corrosion.

The project designer stated that the lighting system needs to simultaneously carry the symbolism of industrial history and artistic expression. Ruixin Lighting has developed a simulated lava color temperature technology (1800K-3000K variable color temperature) for this purpose, making the light echo the hot image of steel smelting.

The project lighting fixtures have passed T Ü V certification and Russian GOST-R low-temperature operation testing, with zero failures in continuous 720 hour immersion experiments
